Below are a few examples of an advanced operating system for the industry with a focus on user interface, as well as a startup project we have assisted.

The industrial project:
For a customer, we developed an advanced operating system, with everything from motor control, sensor control, payment machine, usage statistics, service/fitter login and online support options.
Display project:
For a customer, we developed a custom control system for controlling 16 lamp outlets, with the possibility of three on/off times during the day, as well as constantly on or constantly off.

The Industry Project

For a customer, we have developed a custom operating system, with everything your heart desires in terms of features.

The system provides a user interface where the user can operate the functions of the machine. Flexibility and functionality were given high priority during the development of the system.

What's in the system:
Custom user interface. Service/Fitter page hidden behind security code.
Possibility of changing backgrounds.
Control of 64 relays.
Variable control of 3 motors.
8 usage counters + 5 time counters.
2 emergency stop
Photo sensor, water sensor.
Monthly usage statistics by email.

Automatic reminder on service and cleaning of the machine.
Payment machine with card, code and mobilepay payment.

UPS.

Easy registration of connected additional equipment by the installer.
Miberi can log on to the system and remotely update it.

Display project

For a customer, we have developed a custom system for controlling up to 16 power outlets.

The system contains a user interface where the customer can operate the sockets. User-friendliness was the primary focus during the development of the system.

What's in the system:
Custom user interface.
Control of 16 power outlets
Possibility of three different on/off timers per individual outlet per day
Possibility of constant on/off selection of all power outlets

Glossary

User interface
User interface is the graphic a user is greeted with.

Hardware

Hardware is all the physical components needed to make the machine work.

Programming

Programming (also called coding) refers to the development of the software or application that performs the tasks you want.

Software

Software is the program that gets installed on the device (such as a computer) that allows it to perform the desired tasks.

Stand alone program

A stand alone program is designed to work regardless of whether there is an internet connection or not and is also not dependent on other programs or processes.

UPS

Uninterruptible Power Supply is a backup system that ensures uninterrupted power supply to the equipment, even if the power from the grid goes out.

Payment machine
We offer connection to payment machine that supports card payment, mobilepay and creation of customer codes.

Motor control
Both 12v, 24v, 230v and 400v motors can be controlled, both in steps and stepless.

Sensor control
We offer control of various input and output sensors such as photo sensors, water sensors, etc.

Usage statistics
There is ample opportunity for usage statistics
It can be anything from the number of uses, to how long e.g. an engine has been in use.

Online support
We can connect to the systems from our office and perform updates, as well as support

Service/Fitter login

For advanced systems, we can create an Service/fitter login so that only installers with a password can edit system settings.
